Caleb has held his Starting Strength Coach credential since 2015. He gained his experience through years of teaching the barbell lifts to ordinary, everyday people at Lock Haven Strength and Conditioning, a gym he co-owned for four years. He has worked with trainees from all walks of life, ranging from high school athletes to women in their 70s.
Caleb discovered Starting Strength as a weak and underweight Crossfitter, frustrated with his own lack of progress. He quickly learned that simple, hard barbell training produced more results in a few months than years of previous exercising had. Wanting to share this, he became passionate about helping get others under a barbell. Currently, Caleb coaches the barbell lifts in State College, Pennsylvania.
