I work with a wide array of clients. I offer 2 options for Online Coaching:
- Programming for all levels of lifters, Olympic and Power lifters.
- Online coaching via weekly video check-ins.
Online Programming: for those who have previously worked with a Starting Strength Coach, and are looking for more help or to progress further. Programs are sent to you every Sunday, and members have access to me all week long for questions/concerns.
Online Coaching: for anyone looking to get stronger without physical access to a SSC. Preferably for those who have worked with a SSC at least once previously but not necessary. Top work sets are sent by the lifter every Saturday. Form critiques, instructions, and programming for the next week are provided via e-mail on Sundays. Members have access to me all week long for questions/concerns.
– 30 min on-boarding Zoom call to discuss goals, past training history, and personal plan going forward.
– Weekly video form checks, and daily access to Coach via Phone, Text, or Email.
