I have worked with Rebeca for a little more than a year both in person and online and I could not recommend her more highly. I am a masters lifter in my early 50’s with no prior barbell training experience and Rebecca’s experience and knowledge gained from working with lifters with my background was immediately apparent from our first meeting. She always pays close attention to my lifts, whether in person or online, and makes a point to provide cues to help correct any faults. She has the ability to look at how I am performing each lift and have a great idea on what I need to do to make progress. While her technical coaching skills are impressive, her personal skills in knowing how to always be encouraging and motivational have been just as important to help me get past the inevitable setbacks and bumps in the road.

Rebecca introduced me to starting strength and helped me learn how to fit the program into a busy schedule (work, kids, travel and other activities) and still make progress 🙂 During the 9 months I have been working with her, I have build muscle, strength and confidence. I had no idea how much of a positive impact this would have on my life. I love going to the gym now!
