Jon served as an infantry officer in the Army for eight years and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Point. After a training accident in 2017, he used the Starting Strength methodology to recover beyond expectations. Now, he hopes to share his leadership, coaching, and rehabilitation experience with clients that want to become harder to kill and improve their quality of life.

    It’s a privilege to work with Jon. Very flexible in approach particularly for Masters who have the demands of a second sport (motorcycle track). He brings a unique sense for application of strength from his Army experiences. Highly recommend training with Jon Miller.
