I have been training at home for about 5 weeks now & I have to say, Chris’s coaching is what’s keeping me going right now! He’s been teaching me new exercises with my fairly limited equipment. I love the videos he includes and I can watch them repeatedly which is very helpful. Through the app we use, he watches recordings of my workout. He responds right away to questions and he offers advice and constructive criticism for my next workout. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who can’t get to the gym.

Chris is an excellent coach and his knowledge on the subject of barbell lifting is very advanced and this is very evident in his coaching. His coaching cues may seem subtle at times but they make a world of difference in your strength training performance. In the short time I was able to work with Chris my form improved dramatically and I understood how to lift properly more than I ever had previously training.

I have been working with Chris for a while now at my lifting gym. When the pandemic happened and we had to be at home, Chris started training me virtually. All of a sudden my progress exploded. Chris sends me a workout, and I send as many videos of my work-sets as I need to. He sends me feedback, which I write in my notebook and apply to my next training session. My squat and DL have never been this high with as good form as I have now. My bench and press are also improving. I have chronic shoulder issues and am lucky to benefit from Chris’s physical therapy education, so they are feeling better and getting stronger as well.
