Private Coaching Group and Custom Program Design I have 3 options for clients who wish to work with me online. Option #1 is to join my online coaching group – The Baker Barbell Club for just $27/month. With your membership you will receive weekly programming delivered to your inbox every Sunday night. In addition you will be given access to my private Facebook Group where you can submit video form checks or ask any programming and training related questions. Videos are evaluated and questions are answered directly by me. In addition to the private Facebook Group we also have a private Forum moderated by me where you can ask questions related to training, programming, nutrition, or injury. Members of the club may follow the programming I provide each week, one of my program templates from my website or programs from SS:BBT / PPST3 / BBRx. Members may also follow their own programming and use the group simply for form checks, unlimited Q&A with me, and positive interaction with other lifters. Option #2 is to work with me 1 on 1 for 12 weeks on a fully custom designed program tailored to your individual goals and needs. Clients working with me 1 on 1 will share a detailed spreadsheet with me that will be updated by the two of us on a daily/weekly basis as needed. Custom programs are tailored to your individual goals, your schedule, your equipment situation, etc. No detail is left out. Clients will also have unlimited access to me via email for Q&A and video form checks as needed. A custom 12-week coaching program is $495. I often design custom programs for meet prep (power lifting or strength lifting), general strength training, or off-season bodybuilding / physique transformation. Option #3 is to purchase a template from my website. Customers who purchase a template do not receive on going coaching or email support with their purchase, but may choose to join my online coaching group if they want ongoing support during their program. Templates range in price from $25-$45 or $89 for a 4-template bundle. Links/Info on all options can be found at www.AndyBaker.com
